Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mail accounts and mailing lists. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can create a new email box in no time and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can forward emails from one e-mail box account to another, set up email filters, create autoresponders and protect your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a filter for any of your email accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Just specify the email mailbox account you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then choose the destination email box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
